On December 1, SeAH Steel’s Gunsan plant donated KRW 10 million to the city of Gunsan to help low-income households stay warm during the winter. Earlier, on November 23, employees visited ten households in Okgu-eup and Jochon-dong, delivering coal briquettes and sharing warmth with the local community.

From October 22 to 23, SeAH M&S held its company-wide One-Team Workshop in Namwon, Jeollabuk-do Province. The program brought together all employees from the Seoul and Yeosu offices for an integrated event designed to strengthen a collaborative organizational culture—bridging gaps across departments, generations, and regions through understanding and mutual respect.

SeAH Besteel successfully completed the HOHO Program—conducted in partnership with the Gunsan Public Health Center—along with its in-house Subokgangnyeong Health Promotion Program. The HOHO Program focused on musculoskeletal disorder prevention through yoga sessions and cardiovascular health education.

The Subokgangnyeong Program supported employees’ wellness through a 20-week personalized plan tracking indicators such as body composition and weight. A total reward fund of KRW 1,080,000—combining employee contributions and company support—served as strong motivation, and participants who achieve their final goals will receive additional incentives.

SeAH Besteel continues to strengthen workplace safety through its ongoing Safety Campaign. The SeAH Besteel Shared Growth Office and partner company representatives conduct regular on-site visits to check compliance with safety ground rules and provide tailored coaching.

A cross-check safety program among partner companies is also underway, enabling the identification of potential hazards from new perspectives and further enhancing on-site safety management.

On November 19, the volunteer team at SeAH Coated Metal took part in a kimchi-making event hosted by the Gunsan Social Welfare Center to support elderly residents living alone and multicultural families. Working alongside the center’s volunteer group, the team participated in every step—from transporting salted cabbages and preparing seasonings to mixing and packaging the kimchi.

SeAH Coated Metal plans to continue engaging in community-focused social contribution activities going forward.

The event served as an opportunity to showcase the company’s technological capabilities and its growing competitiveness in the aerospace industry.

On November 25, SeAH Special Steel’s Chungju plant successfully held a fundraising event to share love with the local community. Employees donated gently used items as well as new goods, adding an eco-friendly touch by encouraging the reuse of resources that would otherwise have gone to waste.

A total of KRW 580,000 raised through the event was donated to a local child welfare facility, spreading warmth to the community ahead of the year-end season.
