SeAH’s human rights management charter
SeAH complies with the laws of each country and region, and supports international human rights principles and norms such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, UNGPs, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the International Labor Organization's Fundamental Conventions, and establishes and operates a human rights management policy that covers internal communication, grievance handling, and relief procedures, to put the above into practice. This applies to all domestic and overseas worksites of SeAH Group, and we declare the human rights management charter for common understanding and company-wide practice.
