'Safety Ground Rules' officially launched at a declaration ceremony
SeAH Besteel
On March 18, SeAH Besteel held a ‘Safety Ground Rules’ declaration ceremony at its Gunsan plant to officially introduce a new set of safety rules. These guidelines aim to strengthen the company’s safety culture and prevent serious accidents.
The rules were created by selecting the best ideas from 518 suggestions submitted by employees. The final set includes 5 basic safety rules, 10 common safety rules, and 10 process-specific safety rules. During the ceremony, participants read a joint labor-management declaration, took part in a badge-wearing ceremony, and signed a safety pledge.
Following the ceremony, awareness posters were displayed throughout the plant, and a related campaign was launched.
SeAH Besteel plans to use the new ‘Safety Ground Rules’ to build a stronger safety culture where employees and partner companies work together with a shared commitment to safety.
