Ethical management goes beyond fulfilling legal responsibility. It means placing transparency, fairness, and integrity at the center of every business activity. It is also essential for building the trust with customers, stakeholders, and the public.

SeAH has long viewed ethical management not simply as a legal duty or a way to avoid wrongdoing, but as a shared responsibility. All employees are expected to uphold core values and principles. Through this strong commitment to social responsibility, SeAH has paved the way for sustainable growth. As a result, SeAH Holdings has once again been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies—an honor it has received for two consecutive years.

SeAH Holdings has once again been included in the list of the “2025 World’s Most Ethical Companies” by Ethisphere, a global organization focused on defining ethical business practices. This marks the second year in a row that SeAH received this prestigious recognition.

In 2025, a total of 136 companies from 44 industries across 19 countries were selected. SeAH became the first Korean company to be honored for two consecutive years.

The evaluation is based on Ethisphere’s proprietary Ethics Quotient®, a unique tool used to assess the world’s leading ethical companies. Applicants are required to submit supporting evidence across more than 240 criteria, covering key areas such as ▲ ethics and compliance programs, ▲ corporate governance, ▲ ethical culture, ▲ environmental and social responsibility, and ▲ supply chain resilience and sustainability.

Each submission is reviewed through an intensive process involving thousands of hours of qualitative analysis by expert panels. Top-performing ethical and compliance practices of the year are used as a benchmark in Ethisphere’s operational framework. In particular, companies recognized this year showed an average ethical performance that was 7.8 percentage points higher than the global average over the past five years from January 2020 to January 2025.

SeAH Holdings CEO, Lee, Taesung commented, “Being named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for two consecutive years shows that SeAH is recognized for placing ethical management at the heart of our values and for having a positive impact on stakeholders. We will continue to uphold our core value of 'virtuous integrity' by maintaining high standards and principles. By fostering a strong sense of ethics among all employees, we aim to grow into a company respected by both customers and society.”

Ethisphere’s Chief Strategy Officer and Board Chair, Erica Salmon Byrne added, “This year’s honorees have shown both genuine commitment and strong determination in practicing corporate ethics. Ethical business practices not only contribute to sustainable growth but also build greater trust and value among employees and stakeholders.”
